Rules of the game: 1) every claim that lands splits three ways — ring-fence that stage's materials/subbie costs first, then payroll + ATO, then debt paydown. 2) no section/stage starts before its money clears. 3) builder-gated jobs (Anstey, Cameron) have the builder's fee taken off each claim. 4) invoice the moment a milestone is hit — same day.
